Earl Wind Forecasts

Below is an image created by Jonathan for the wind speed and gust forecasts as Earl approaches for Thursday.  You can see pretty clearly some of the collaboration issues that are relevant to these tropical cyclones making landfall.  For example, on Thursday at 5pm, there is a distinct change in wind gusts forecasts in the eastern portion of the Raleigh CWA and western Morehead City CWA.  This is an example of one of the issues we will need to work on over the coming months in the project.
